Wonderful and accessible plugin with rich features, highly extensible with powerful hooks and great support.

I am using the tool as a chatroom and messenger plugin on my site and it works very well. A lot of modifcations are possible and it can be easly adapted to the website. What really stands out is the support. You get very quick responses and help whenever you need it. That is truly not something you can take for granted.

Better Messages is an outstanding plugin. It works flawlessly, is fast, stable, and integrates perfectly with Ultimate Member. Even more important: whenever you have a question, the support team responds quickly, kindly, and with exceptionally clear explanations. Their help is truly excellent. I highly recommend this plugin — it delivers great functionality and top‑level support. fwtrader – the Netherlands

Plugins that are this well developed and supported are few and far between. The developer went above and beyond to help me with a strange (to me) site migration issue that I’m not even sure is within the scope of support. And the features are staggeringly extensive. This is THE messaging plugin for WordPress.

If you are looking for a Messaging plugin for your site, look no further. Better Messages is all you need! Works perfectly and backed up by outstanding support!

Better Messages has become an essential part of our WordPress-based training platform. We use it every day for communication between instructors, students and our management team. Real-time messaging, group chats, audio/video calls and screen sharing work reliably and provide a professional user experience. One of the biggest advantages is that everything stays within our own website, without relying on external messaging platforms. The Premium version has been well worth the upgrade. The plugin is well designed, regularly improved, and exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommended! ★★★★★

El plugin va perfecto, va super rápido y es fácil de usar. Atención al cliente y soporte técnico un 10. Recomendable 100% gracias!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Easy integration with BuddyPress for a native chat experience. I did have a few issues, but the developer was extremely quick to respond and point me in the right direction. Creating native mobile apps is built in and easy. The development versions work flawlessly out of the box. Although it is a steep learning curve to deal with Google and Apple to get the apps published in the stores. This is a great value for what the app provides.

It is a very easy to install plug-in and Works flawlessly. I totally recommend it.

I had the an issue with a small BUG in the plugin today. He responded within 3 minutes of sending the request and launched an update to wordpress within the hour. The issue was fixed faster than I could imagine. Thanks! Awesome work guys.

So easy to use, and so many features. It really is a next level WordPress plugin.

The Voice Messages add-on is a great addition to the regular BetterMessages plugin. Just what we were looking for.

Best ever chat plug-in for wordpress. I am super happy and thrilled to see updates coming.

Es el mejor plugin para mensajería privada y en grupo, lleva nuestra plataforma a otro nivel. Perfecto!!

Thank you for such a great plugin. It is very obvious that there was a lot of thought and hard work put into the development of the Better Messages plugin. Please continue to upgrade and add any features that would make it an even greater plugin. If you are interested, please contact me by email, I have a few suggestions that I would like to share with you.

Better Messages is the best instant message and onsite communication system that I have found. And it integrates perfectly, and seamlessly, with social community platforms like Peepso. Also, Better Messages' documentation and support is first class. For example, Andrij responded to my support request within minutes, and he solved my configuration issue (which was specific to my server) immediately. The system is excellent. Highly recommended.

Better Messages has all the most modern functions I was looking for in an instant message system. Its logic is well thought through, and its many functions can be applied without slowing page loads nor increasing CPU/Memory to any significant degree. It is especially coded to integrate with Peepso social community software. Better Messages support, documentation, guidance, and trial before purchasing options are all 5-star excellent. On initial installation (during the trial period) I had a timeout issue (caused by my server configuration) and Andrij came to my support within minutes. He adjusted code in Better Messages, and all functions came alive. He gave me guidance on what I needed to do too. I sincerely recommend the Better Messages plugin (and the company’s service) to anyone wishing to have a professionally-coded A-Class instant messaging system on their site or platform. Thank you Andrij and Better Messages team.

Better Messages is the best message plugin. Everything is responsive, doesn’t burden page load time, has message reactions, precise message search to specific text, user group chats, automatic purge option of old messages, and many more features. Documentation is excellent, has many quality filter hooks, and allows custom file extensions for upload such as GPX. I inquired about a specific user block feature in PeepSo that is entirely separate from Better Messages and within a day saw it included in Better Messages! Andrij is very kind, responsive, and continues to bring impressive innovations to Better Messages. Many great integrations, collaborations, and giving us the tools to foster our communities. I am very thankful for this – it is a gift to the world. 🙂

Very useful. But i hope can use Voice Messages in AI chat bot.

This is the kind of plugin that makes me say damn wish i knew it sooner, is private, works without issues so far, so 5 stars it is 😉

I have a BuddyBoss website and app that uses BetterMessages. BetterMessages works seamlessly with BuddyBoss to enhance the messaging experience for our users. There are many incredible features that work exactly as advertised. I had a unique use case where the push notifications were delayed by a few seconds because of the BuddyBoss plugin, but I reached out to BetterMessages support and they were very helpful. They worked hard to fully understand what was going on and added a small feature that immediately solved the problem.

This plugin is not compatible with the latest version of BuddyPress.

After installing this plugin, the website became more than strangely text-based! So after uninstalling it the website went back to normal again.

It is a great plugin, regularly updated also.

Definitely the best messaging plugin for WordPress, hands down.

Not a single other one I know has a chance against the feature set.
