Paying and billing

Can I try it first?

Yes, for 3 days. You add a card or PayPal when you start the trial, nothing is charged before it ends, and you can cancel any time before then.

How do I pay?

By card or PayPal, in US dollars. Freemius, our reseller and merchant of record, takes the payment and adds any sales tax or VAT.

Can I add sites later?

Yes. Add sites, or switch between monthly and yearly billing, from your account. What is left of the current period counts toward the new one.

How do I cancel?

In your account, under Subscriptions, choose Cancel renewal. Nothing more is charged, and the subscription keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Within 7 days of your first payment, if the service does not work on your site and we cannot fix it. Ask for it by email to support@wordplus.cloud, from your account's email address.

How do I get an invoice with my VAT number?

Add your company name and VAT number under Billing details in your account, then download the invoice of any payment from Invoices.

I bought before. Where are my licences?

Log in, or create an account, with the email address you bought with. Your licences, including the ones from before 2026, show up on their own.
